Caroline came to Purdue after completing a post-baccelaureate Research Assistant position at Brown University and the Rhode Island Hospital. Prior to that, she graduated from Furman University in 2017.
Caroline research focuses primarily on the implementation of evidence-based measurement and diagnosis pratices into clinical practice. This includes an interest in moving dimensional models of psychopathology, such as HiTOP into clinical settings.
Caroline has published over 20 empirical papers and received a number of awards and fellowships for her reserach.

Ronnie returned to Purdue as a graduate student after completing his undergradate degree in Psychology in 2018. In the interim he worked as a front-line mental health care worker in the Indianapolis area.
Ronnie's long term career interests are in the accurate measurement and diagnosis of mental health clinicians. Some of this work has used statistical techniques to examine measurement equivalence aross demographic groups. He has also done work examining possible raicial bias in clinical diagnosis.
